Under the sunshine, the outward bound training kicked off in a unique bonfire party. After a brief introduction by the coach, all participants were divided into two groups and recommended two captains. After generalizing the concept, two small groups with highly creative team names and loud slogans emerged. In the subsequent training, the captain will lead all team members to complete various project courses arranged by the coach, ensuring that no team member is left behind. The raging fire was burning, and everyone sat around the campfire, playing various small games. Although the temperature in the mountains was a bit low, everyone's enthusiasm was high, and laughter filled the mountains.
The next morning, all employees climbed the misty peak together, and everyone united to climb the mountain to admire the misty and mysterious natural scenery of Xishan Island.
